These terms govern your use of Crosstab, provided by Vibe Intelligence ("we"). By using Crosstab you agree to them.
Crosstab publishes polling data, averages, ratings, forecasts and related information for general information. Polls and forecasts are estimates, not predictions you can rely on, and can be wrong. Betting-market odds are shown for information only; Crosstab doesn't offer or promote wagering.
Keep your login secure and give accurate information. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Pro is a subscription billed in advance monthly or annually through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, whose buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before they end. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered in our refund policy. We may change prices with advance notice before your next renewal.
Don't scrape or bulk-download the service beyond the export features, resell data, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. Shared images must not be altered to misstate Crosstab's numbers.
Crosstab's design, averages, forecasts and text belong to us. Polls belong to the pollsters that ran them, and linked articles to their publishers.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
